This year we would like to offer you the opportunity to get involved in a local Netball league. When you sign up you will be grouped into a league with other local schools, and we will facilitate matches or tournaments across the Autumn and Spring terms.
Who for?
This is for children who show commitment to clubs or PE lessons . Those who will benefit from the additional challenge of competition against other schools.
Format
The format of the league will depend upon the number of schools who sign up within a local area, and will only be able to take place where we have sufficient schools wanting to take part. The league may consist of 1 v 1 fixtures or small tournaments.
The results and fixtures will be organised centrally through the Partnership, but you will need to be prepared to provide a venue and an umpire.
The matches will be played according to the rules of ‘Bee Netball’.

Theme
The focus of this league is on Teamwork and Respect.
Teamwork – players will need to work as a team in order to prepare for matches. They will be expected to commit to the team and support one another before during and after the matches. Players will need to respond to the result together in a positive way to prepare for the next match, there is the opportunity to inspire and motivate each other.
Respect – players will be challenged to behave respectfully at all times to team mates, coaches, opposition and umpires.
Entry Information
We are asking schools initially to register your interest by entering your details below as per a usual event. Once entry is closed we will confirm the format and league details for your area, at this point you can then confirm whether you would like to participate or not.
*Please note, transport credits cannot be used for the netball league.
