This event is targeted at children in KS2 or specifically year 5 or 6 who would benefit from taking part in this event which aims to give them a positive experience of physical activity. It is aimed at those who have low self-esteem, need support to make friends, have not represented the school previously and who could struggle with specific challenges such as transition to secondary school.
This event is new to our programme for 2023. 
No previous knowledge or experience of NFL Flag Football is required! Teams of 10 will rotate around a festival of activities which aim to introduce the basic skills required to play the game. This event is highly inclusive and aims to develop character skills centred around the NFL core values. This is a great opportunity for those children who have not had the opportunity to take part in an external sporting event to attend.
