With over 13 years’ experience within the education sector, Jeremy started out his career in the IT Support industry with local government before moving to provide IT support in a secondary school. Within a short time frame, he promoted to manage the full IT infrastructure and was instrumental in the school becoming the first and only secondary school in Cambridgeshire to become a SIMS Partnership school. Jeremy continued this role until 2010 where he moved onto the schools Senior Team and increased his role into other areas including Business Development, Marketing/PR and CPD.
In October 2013, Jeremy formed the company Improve it Ltd under the schools ownership to increase the IT support offer to schools they had been providing for a number of years. This led to Jeremy working closely with Di Baker who ran a similar company to Improve it Ltd called the Witchford Schools Sports Partnership, but instead supported PE in schools. Both companies worked under the schools ownership and after two years close working, it was decided to merge WSSP with Improve it Ltd and move away from the school to allow Improve it Ltd to grow its offer and services to the schools they support.
In his spare time, Jeremy likes watching Liverpool FC and most American Sports, eating out and looking after his two cats that he treats like his children.
